The routine CPXbtran solves xTB = yT and puts the answer in y. B is the basis matrix.

Parameters:

env	The pointer to the ILOG CPLEX environment, as returned by `CPXopenCPLEX`.
lp	A pointer to the CPLEX LP problem object, as returned by `CPXcreateprob`.
y	An array that holds the right-hand side vector on input and the solution vector on output. The array must be of length at least equal to the number of rows in the LP problem object.

Returns:

The routine returns zero on success and nonzero if an error occurs.
