The class IloCplex, documented in the ILOG CPLEX Reference Manual, derives from the class IloAlgorithm, documented in the ILOG Concert Reference Manual. An instance of IloCplex is capable of solving optimization problems known as mixed integer programs (MIPs) and linear programs (LPs).
